We've cranked the classic German Gose style up to 11!
A generous splash of Raspberry and Mango with a hint of Lime conceals the 9% ABV.
Pair that with the thick body, and you've got a beer similar to your favourite fruit juice brand. The salt balances out the tartness from the fruits, creating a beer that is both sweet and sour all at once.

440ml can. Pours red with a thin off-white head. Aroma of raspberry, lime, not sure there's much mango. Taste is the same, I don't think I'm getting any mango but the raspberry and lime combo is really nice, good citrusy sharpness and acidity, good salinity, light sweetness, but it is quite boozy, I feel that's the main problem with this beer. Medium bodied, might have expected more at this strength.
I actually like that you can tell this is still a Gose in spite of the adjuncts. It's not without its faults but at least it's brewed to style. People just want super sweet custard-thick smoothies these days I guess.

Op tap bij Borefts '25. Troebel grapefruit-roze kleur, dunne witte kraag. Zuur, fruitig, framboos en limoen, veel zout, licht boozy, tarwe. Medium body. Niet mijn ding dit.

A hazy pinkish red beer, no head. Aroma of sour red berries, raspberry, red grapes. Taste of sour red berries, grapes, ripe raspberries.

Appearance is pink, not really any head at all. Aroma is lots of berry fruit- raspberry, strawberry, gooseberries, blackberries. Tropical grapefruity hints. Taste is raspberry, blackberry hints, gooseberry, tart fruit, sourness. A bit rough around the edges.

Pours orange red with a laced pinkish head that clings to the glass. Loads of raspberry on the nose, lime, a little acetone, grapefruit. Taste is raspberry, acetone, salty hit, grapefruit, lime, blue pop. Not really sure on this one. Didn't really enjoy it.

Nose is tangy citric zest, lime leaf, hay bale, damp straw.
Taste comprises mandarin, dried red berries, grass, light acidic bimble, sharp citric nip, light salt kiss.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest acidic spike.
Okay drop if perhaps lacking some depth for the hefty ABV.
