This cider was cleanly fermented with Sauvignon Blanc yeast which has nice stone charecter. We then added honey from Copetown, ON and Niagara grown nectarines to give this cider a ton of fruit charectar. Fruited at 200g/L of nectarines. Slight residual sweetness from unfermentable sugar in the honey.

Draft at Bar Hop Brewco. Hazy yellow champagne head. Floral citrus aroma. Taste is sweetish orange, weird combo with apple, dry finish. Interesting
