Single-hopped this batch with Citra! Notes of tropical fruits and stone fruits on the nose with a hint of banana and clove from the Belgian ale yeast. Finishes a little sweet with lots of big, fruitiness from the Citra hops.

Hazy medium orange body, medium dense cream head. Super-soft, herbal, floral, and peppery body; very little in the way of sweetness, and almost no bitterness in either the nose or body. Gum and clove, delicate and soft. Unique and delicious.
