Dark Czech Style Lager
We live in a town of less than 1,000 people, and during shoulder season it’s a lot quieter around these parts. Our Pub Brewer Ryan LOVES lagers, and we just so happened to have some classic Pilsner yeast on hand, so we brewed a dark, complex lager that’s easy on the palette. Dark brown with a frothy head, Ghost Town Living is full of chocolate, caramel, and roasty aromas with dark fruit and dessert-like flavors, with just a hint of perfectly toasted toast. Medium bodied with creamy mouthfeel, perfect for the the calm, quiet of the off season.

Deep red-brown body, thin cream head. Aroma roasted malts, cocoa, and berries. Chewy body with dough, cocoa, and fruit leather. Medium-bodied and smooth. Solid stuff.
