We started with the DNA of our favorite house beer, brewed and hopped in a unique ratio to create a soft texture with waves of citrus fruit. We then added hop terpenes- which are highly concentrated aromatic oils. These terpenes contributed big notes of pineapple whip and pine. The resulting beer is unique, intensely aromatic and soft.

Deep cloudy papaya-orange body, medium cream head. Aroma candied papaya, lemon, and mint. Wacky, perfumy body, with lemon-lime, gin, and an earthy, umami-rich melon-papaya base. Smooth, creamy, and flavor-dense, but not heavy. Very good.
