Not only do we love the mammoth bite of pine and resin that this west coast-leaning IPA offers, but we also introduced some Phantasm (a thiol-boosting powder made from grape skins) into the brew to see how it would play off of this style of beer.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Hazy straw-orange body, thin off-white head. Aroma big pine and orange resins. Body slick and tart with lots of bright citrus and a sharper burst of juiciness than most West Coast IPAs. Leaves a tart to sour coating on the palate. Damned good.
