Deep red-brown body, thick light brown head. Nose caramel, raisin, prune. Body with a pronounced tangy bite, lots of dark fruit and fruit leather with toasted grain and cocoa, the drier, more bitter notes balancing the initial fruitiness. This is a nice doppelbock.
