A refreshingly different nose abundant with tart fruity esters accompanied by complex coriander spiciness. The overall malt profile is low with faint red apple sweetness that’s complimented by the spice flavors throughout. Subtle citrus hop flavors lead into a pleasantly bitter finish resonating slightly before an overall dryness endures.

Draft at the brewpub. Cloudy apricot orange-brown body, medium tight beige head. Catty nose with pineapple, citrus peel, and tannic floral elements. Body a blend of catty, citrusy hops, esters (clove), toasted sugars, and peach. Creamy but firm. Very good.
