Belgian Golden Ale brewed with tangerine peel, finger and honey
An Experimental Belgian Golden Ale made with Orange Blossom Honey, Ginger, and Tangerine Peel. Old Baldy has a hazy yellow glow and aromatic complexities of fruity bubblegum, spice, and banana taffy. Fresh citrus flavors of tangerine are complemented by a snappy ginger bite, along with a cleansing effervescence. The finish contains a notable bitterness that’s slightly peppery and dry.

Draft at the brewpub. Hazy yellow-brown body, thin dense off-white head/ring. Sugary nose, bubblegummy (Dubble Bubble or bubblegum-flavored amoxicillin), also hints of white grape and pear. Sharp, sugary, medicinal body, both sugary and bitter, with fruit rind, raisin, bubblegum, and clove. Spritzy/prickly. Well-balanced.
