Draft at the brewpub, Grand Rapids. Medium translucent red body, thin clumping off-white head. Light toasty, cerealy, fruity nose. The body starts thin and tart with sharp grain and tannic fruitskin notes. Some nuttiness, some grape. Gets a bit chewier and breadier with warmth. Lots of house character. Worth spending some time with to get better acquainted.
