Draft at the brewpub, Grand Rapids. Hazy dark orange-brown body, thin cream head. Strong whiskey nose. Same in the body, like somebody poured a shot of whiskey in the keg, blended with dark, tannic fruits, toast, and wood. Modest tartness; sharp carbonation. Whiskey-forward overall, with mixed results.
