Fizzness is a combination of a Belgian IPA and a Session IPA. Big aromas of fresh floral hops and sweet citrus radiate from this light copper colored ale. Bright, snappy fruit flavors of raspberry, peach, and orange overshadow the malty attributes. A lively finish full of bitterness, effervescence, and enjoyable spiciness is followed by a dryness that encourages the next taste.

Draft at Short’s. Murky light orange-brown body, thin ring of off-white carbonation. Strong citrus rind nose, also sweet berries and peach, but dominated by hops. Weird spicy, acidic body with peach and citrus rind; catty and bitter with cloves and berryskin. Some orange. The bitter, almost astringent finish is a tad off-putting.
