Munich malt contributes to an intriguing malt overtone that offers more grainy flavors than sweet. ZYTHOS hops lend delicate pear qualities that complement the clean and refreshing nature of this ale. A substantial bitterness becomes quickly perceivable and sufficiently lingers between tastes.

Draft at Reno’s East, East Lansing. Translucent, slightly hazy straw orange-brown body, thin off-white head. Light bready nose with light sweetness and floral to fruity hops, grassy with a hint of lemon. Body cerealy, a little tart, with biscuit, crackers, and soapy, grassy hops. A touch of green apple.
