Reviewed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy copper to amber color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. There was some light stringy lacing.
The smell had some toasty cereal grains with a light brown sugar.
The taste was mildy sweet with a slight herbal flavoring to it.
On the palate, this one sat fairly light and came across as pretty sessionable.
Overall, not a bad maibock. Iβd probably have it again if I was in the area.

On tap at the Gaylord, MI location. Coppery body, thin off-white head. Toasty nose with brown sugar notes. Cerealy, grassy body with brown sugar, toast, and burnt caramels, sweet. Lingering bitter, herbal finish. Crisp and well-done.
