On tap at Walldorff. Deep red-brown body, medium, dense creamy nitro head. Beautiful to behold, and to hold, for that matter. Aroma of maple syrup, brown sugar, and toast, sweet and earthy. Rich, complex, sweet body, with notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, dark fruit and fruitskin (grape), and toast. Leathery finish. Pillowy, marshmallowy palate. An excellent, rich, satisfying brown ale.
