On tap at the brewery. Slightly hazy light orange body, thin off-white head. Served too cold to pick up much of an aroma, but I detected light cerealy notes, tartness, and an almost salty or leathery characteristic. Tangy, sweet body, with sugared cereals and lemon. Zesty, grassy hops attempted to balance the somewhat syrupy, persistent malts. Too much lingering sweetness for me; I prefer a crisper, drier finish to my Dortmunders.
