On tap at the Auburn Hills location. Murky orange-brown body, medium creamy tan head. Caramely, spicy aroma with bright grapefruity hops notes. Rich toasty, caramely body with chocolate and assertive citrusy hops. After a few sips the leafier, piney hops varieties grew stronger, as did dark fruit skins, dates, and figs. Complex, rich, multidimensional palate. Reminds me of Goose Island’s Christmas Ale. Very good.
