Founders brews a number of nitro-tap stouts that are all pretty similar; this is the latest one. Typical deep chestnut brown body, topped by a dense light tan nitro head. Definite dark chocolate flavors with a raspberry nature, although the raspberries were not overdone or dominant in either the aroma or flavor. Maybe not quite as good as their Cherry Java Stout, but I always look forward to trying new stouts by this brewer.
