Dark brown, opaque with a thick, beige head. Subtle aroma of dried coconut, coffee, chocolate, roastiness, a bit of fruitiness, and a chemical note. Dry, velvety on the palate, with notes of coconut and chocolate, followed by dates and raisins, a slight cassis and vanilla, before being choked by the chemical coconut. Roasted finish, dark chocolate, and a late alcoholic warming. The addition of flavourings spoiled this beer.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A glossy black pour with a thick chocolate coloured head; subtle aroma of desiccated coconut; dry in the mouth with a milky consistency, some coconut and chocolate, then some dates and raisins giving body; and a smooth elegant finish. Much better than the mashed up Bounty taste of some Coconut Stouts.

330ml can via Beer52. Poured into my Gordon's thistle shaped glass at home on 11th September 2025. Lovely tanned foam on top, dark body, black in colour. Decimated Coconut aroma and taste, malty base behind the initial Coconut burst. Slight date/raisin like flavours try and butt in, but the coconut sees them off!

330ml can. Pours near black with beige head, little retention. Aroma of coconut, chocolate, some roasted malt notes. Taste of coconut and vanilla is too rich and overpowering at first although it does balance somewhat on repeated sips with caramel, fig, malt and dark sugar flavours. Modest roasted finish. Nice balance to the mouthfeel with a fine carbonation. Below average for the strength.

Dark brown pour with a stable tan head. Aroma is coconut, milk/cream, malt/bread, some roasted cocoa. Taste is coconut first, then a lot of roasted malt, cream/milk (what you would expect from a stout), then a bit of coconut again. Overall ok, but a bit too much roasted notes for me
