Linen is our take on the Pacific Ale style made popular down under. Brewed for balmy summer days, it’s bright, tropical and super refreshing. Gently dry hopped with Nectaron, Mosaic and Rakau and tied together with a crisp finish that keep you coming back for more. We're tasting pulpy mango, fresh-squeezed orange juice and pineapple chunks.

Keg at Waterloo Tap. A hazy Slightly pale gold. Foamy white head. Aroma combines unassertive sweet fruity with slightly more pushy doughy malts. Flavourwise it's also somewhat restrained. Sweet. Canned stone fruit. Sour Vinous and herb streak. Peripheral bitterness. Light. Thin. Lifted by pillowy soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Linen? I guess it down have a newly made bed softness to it. But a tad too sweet for me.
