A tradição belga foi importada diretamente para a barrica portuguesa e engarrafada no Alentejo. Ácida, frutada e aromática, emvelheceu por 36 meses en barrica de carvalho, onde estagiaram previamente tintos alemtejanos, resultando numa experiencia de aroma e savor únicos e irrepetiveis. Mais que uma cerveja é una homenagem à historia e tradição cervejeira.

Color cobre, velada, espuma blanco hueso poco retenida. Aroma y sabor con toque afrutado, madera, tierra y algo de flores. Cuerpo medio, ligeramente ácida y seca. No está mal.

Bottled at PBF. Almost clear pale brownish amber, small head. Woody cheery aroma. Mid dry with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Woody cherries, red wine and slight toast. Mid bitter finish. Elegant and rather subtle.

Orange, amber colour, not much head. Tartish, a bit lactic nose, some fruits. Light-bodied. Tartish fruity, red wineous, funky flavour. Simple Flanders. PBF XV.

PBF XV. Reddish amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, some tart tones with mild earth wood and a bit toasted tones. Flavour is some berries, mild lfloral tones.
