We aged our Curieux—a bourbon barrel-aged version of our Tripel—in cherry liqueur barrels for seven weeks, adding notes of vanilla and graham cracker to its classic hints of whiskey, honey, caramel, oak, and coconut.
Grains: Allagash 2-Row Malted Barley Blend, Local Pale Malt
Hops: Nugget, Hallertau
Yeast: House
Spices/Other: Aged in Bourbon Barrels for seven weeks, followed by Cherry Liqueur Barrels for an additional seven weeks
