How do you improve upon a sour blonde ale aged in red wine barrels? By resting it on elderflowers and Blushingstar peaches for over two months. The addition of fruit and flowers allows The Cellars #13 to express a refreshingly fruity, estery profile, highlighted by a light zing of peach and notes of citrus and spice.

Bottle: pours gold with white head. Aroma is peaches, vanilla, light funk. Taste is sourish, lightly sweet. Well balanced. Smooth and easy to drink.
