Coffee & Doughnut Stout
Our annual winter collaboration with Zimmah is back, featuring a special guest: Queens Pastry! We’ve brewed Stakeout, a coffee and doughnut stout that makes the perfect undercover dessert. Brewed using a classic stout base, and with the addition of Natural Brazil coffee beans from, Brazil, and real doughnuts from Queens, you can expect a sweet, dessert-like beer with hits of coffee, chocolate, and doughnut. It’s the perfect treat for the winter season.

From a 375ml can on 15/7/2025. Pours a deep brown with a small to medium light tan head. The nose feature a good whiff of coffee with some light roasty notes. Coffee also dominates the taste, with dark chocolate, a bit of caramel and perhaps just a hint of the promised donut. Finishes with a light roasty bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not super dessertish, but very nicely balanced and pretty assertive for the size. Good stuff.
