Hazy DIPA using experimental Anchovy hops from Segal Ranch in Yakima Valley. Notes of watermelon candy, bright fruit and citrus rind. No fish were harmed in the making of this beer.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
Slightly hazy orange-gold pour with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, tropical fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of floral hops, citrus and tropical fruits, and sweet malt. The finish is slightly creamy with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
