Every year, the ALS Therapy Development Institute, in partnership with Loftus Ranches and Yakima Chief Hops, puts together a hop blend for a beer to raise funds for ALS research. As this year’s blend includes some nice punchy IPA hops, we decided to brew up a West Coast to let these flavors shine.
