It’s difficult to describe how good this Westie is. Descriptions like resinous and candied citrus come to mind but it’s hard to find the words. Just enjoy the expressive character of Simcoe, Chinook, Apollo Salvo and Centennial hops.

16 oz can from Paragon, 7/13/25. Clear gold, white head, plenty of lace. Grapefruit, pine, dough, grass. Nice flavor profile. Good mouthfeel. Good beer.
