On tap at The American Craft Beer Fest Yesterday. Big roasty chocolate and caramel with creamy thick body, great Stout, must find bottles!

650 ml bottle. Aroma is a nice amount of vanilla, roasted coffee bean, bakers chocolate and light ash. Flavor is interesting, bitter mocha, raw vanilla beans, with some roasted malt and mild traces of alcohol. Almost a black berry / current undertone with light coffee and cream notes. Body is on the fuller side with a more oily / slick texture. Pretty nice stout can’t wait for the barrel aged variants!

Thanks AirForceHops for sharing another impy tick.

A - This is a pitch black, 1 finger off white to brown head that faded pretty fast.

S - Smells really coffee forward with a slight bit of cream and sugar and a nice roasted malted barley with vanilla bean. The nose is pretty amazing.

T - Taste is also really good. Lots of sweet milk, nice chocolate almost straight up espresso shot as well. I just love how what is a very simple yet effective malt backbone. It leaves behind a sticky teeth coating vanilla sweetness.

M - Not as thick of a body as I’d like, it is thin it is light but the flavor is just out of this world

O - Thanks AFH for sharing this one. I’m happy to have finally tried this brewery.
