Mom took the kids to the beach for the season, so Dad is on the prowl using his alias, “Rodriguez”. Just like Dad is using his disguise, this IPA is hiding behind loads of rye grain to bring out a spicy and fragrant flavor profile that is sure to lure you in.

Bottle. Has a slightly hazy amber color with an off-white head. Aroma of rye bread, chocolate, coffee and some pine and grapefruit. The flavor has more grapefruit and grassy hops, and leather. Has a slick mouth feel, and a balanced, lasting bitterness. Surprisingly a twofold experience with lots of rye in the nose but more IPA in the mouth.

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with some hoppy and fruity notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of citrus and malt, and touches of yeast. Hints of bread. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste. Nice, especially for the style.
