Our latest single hop IPA showcases a reasonably new hop to us, Riwaka. Grown in NZ, this hop yields a very small harvest making it one of the most expensive hops and relatively hard to get hold of.

We've been lucky enough to be able to contract a decent amount this year so thought what better way to bring it's full character to the glass than to use in a single hop IPA.

Intense citrus fruit with passionfruit and subtle grapefruit balanced with a super smooth, super pale base.

Can from Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant. Milky golden body with a thick white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of kiwi fruit and white grape. Flavour of white grape and peach. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Well balanced and delicious - a great showcase of the Riwaka hop.

Can from Dark Revolution Taproom in Salisbury, Wiltshire. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, tropical fruit taste. The aroma is more or less along the same lines. Very nice IPA as expected. Nice work.
