Our 100th batch brewed! Since Centennial hops are definitely on of the favorites used in our brewery it made sense that our 100th batch, our CENTENNIAL batch, would be loaded with it! SMaSH stands for "single malt and single hop." Barley and Centennial hops rock this beer!
