A variant of Throughline Jam (2023), our solera series of mixed culture golden sours, aged on Michigan grown Balaton cherries, blueberries, and rhubarb. This portion of the batch was transferred into a Myers's Rum barrel to age for an additional 10 months before bottle conditioning with champagne yeast.

Wilde Bottleshare 16 juli 2025. Een dieprode kleur, vrij helder, met lichtroze schuim. Geur is zurig, zoetig, bessen, hout, lichtjes funky. In de mond is het zoetig,, bessen en wat booze (rum is wel herkenbaar als je het weet). Smaak is zoetig en iets zurig (minder zuur dan verwacht), fruit. Lichte tot medium body. Warmende alcohol. Finish van wat zurige jam. Erg lekker.
