We Brewed this one for the 3 Year Anniversary with our buds at Weldwerks in Greeley, CO to celebrate the occasion. Blessed with Berkley Tropics Yeast to drive the release of Thiols with something old (Crosby Estate Comet), something new (Experimental HBC 1019), something borrowed (Weldwerks selected Citra) & something blue (our Selected Simcoe Cryo). Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7

Aromas are kind of an interesting blend of resin, bubble gum, mint, malt and citrus. Flavors are similar to nose and slightly more sweet than bitter with carbonation a bit soft. Not bad but nothing special.
