As black as your ex’s heart, and just as bitter. Our Buzzard’s Roost Black IPA is a gateway to the dark side. Buzzard’s Roost is a smooth, medium bodied beer. Tropical fruit notes are derived from American hops that balance out the clean, slightly roasty malt. Hints of roasty chocolate are hiding beneath a layer of hoppy bitterness. This IPA is made for chilly days in your local canyon, and rainy afternoons under your porch.

On tap at source. Pours jet black with a thin off white head clinging around the glass. Aroma is liquorice, dank hop, roast malt, bit of coffee. Taste is chocolate, coffee, liquorice bought back with some sharp dank hop leading to a dry finish. Good stuff!
