Three in Hand is a mix of old school and contemporary, in this take on one of our very favourite styles. Centennial, Columbus and Citra hops set the base and then Talus and Krush Hyperboost come in and turn things upside down. It's a mix of pine and fresh cut lemons with red candy and passionfruit layered on top. It's perfectly dry and crisp with a present but balanced bitterness. It's a beautiful take on a West Coast IPA that is absoutley perfect for enjoying in the hot summer sun. It's available now at the brewery so come on in and get it.
