While the cryptid Big Red Eye, a sasquatch hailing from North Jersey, may not be as sweet and delicious as this pastry stout, this collaboration beer certainly shares some characteristics to the hulking frame of our NJ cryptid due to it coming in at 11.2% abv. This stout is crammed full of smooth malt elegance, dark chocolate swirled with hints of roasted coffee beans, with a decadent addition of vibrant cinnamon, delicious brown sugar, and velvety vanilla.
