Jo aikojen alusta asti Tuju on asettanut asiakkaansa kiipeliin tekemällä belgityylisiä vaaleita herkkuja, joten tässä on olut, jonka kanssa saa istuskella tovin. Jalkapuu on Belgian golden ale; kuiva, vaalea ja vahva olut, jossa hiivan tuottamia rankaisevan hedelmäisiä estereitä buustaa aromihumaloinnista huolehtiva Motueka.

Tyylilajinsa mukainen moniulotteisuus, mausteisuus ja korkea hiilihappoisuus lyövät kuin kepillä selkään ja rangaistuksenomaisesti istuttavat sinut häpeäpenkkiin. Pidä kuitenkin huolta itsestäsi, sillä piilotteleva tymäkämpi alkoholipitoisuus potkaisee ja saattaa aiheuttaa tunnetta, ettei jalka kannakaan.

Smell of abbey yeast, sweet malt, pepper. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of overripe fruit, abbey yeast, booze, mead, some peppery note. Foamy carbon. Very sweet. Good one.

Keg. Juova.
Poured almost clear golden in color.
Spicy, belgian yeasty. Very authentic. Light almondy notes, some grass and light frutyiness. Very good.

(Keg at Villi Wäinö, 20250725) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had honey, grass, spicy yeast and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were honey, grass, spicy yeast, ripe fruits and soft bitterness. Aftertaste had spicy yeast, honey and bitterness. A brew having nice balance of spicy and sweet notes. Clean.

0,44l can from the brewery. Canned 5/25, 12.5.2027. Clear golden beer with huge and thick, cloudy white head. Aroma is yeast, citrusy fruits and malts. Flavor is yeast, grain, malts and herbs. Crispy, tasty and easy to drink. Extremely enjoyable.
