On a very cold and wintery Katoomba night in July 2020, Harriet and DJ welcomed their baby girl - Dorothy Margaret McCready. The next day, DJ went back to the brewery with the instructions to brew a beer worth waiting nine months and enduring 30 hours of labour for. And so Yellow Brick Road, a juicy tropical NEIPA, was also born.

From a 500ml can on 20/7/2025. Pours a hazy deep golden with a smallish head. Has a pleasant tropical and citrus fruit nose. The taste features lots of orange and mango, with some passionfruit and melon, finishing with a tangy, quite spicy bitterness. Silky mouthfeel with average carbonation. Very nicely done.
