Keg at l'Envers du Bocal, Poitiers. Clear amber, small head. Tart, woody chardonnay aroma. Mid sweet with full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Honey malt sweetness countered by tart woody white wine. Peppery mid bitter finish. Lovely barrel on a well made, well sized beer.
