Some roast and dark chocolate. Not nearly as good as the Mexican MDX beer. Thcik creamy consistency. Some caramel. Bittersweet finish. Almost some sense of absinthe, or bitter root. Tap at brewery.

Keg at the brewery, Asheville, 17/02/15. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a tan covering. Nose is toffee, light spice, dark malt, cocoa powder, booze tunes. Taste comprises chocolate, caramel biscuit, trace of dark fruits, light peppery spice, molasses, light charr. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok impy but doesn’t really get out of 2nd gear.
