Strawberry Margarita Smoothie Sour w/ Strawberry, Lime Zest, Orange, Agave, Basil & Salt brewed in collaboration w/ Bellwoods Brewing | 5.0% ABV

When setting out to replicate this classic summer cocktail, we started with our sour base beer conditioned on loads of fresh lime zest to set up that citrusy, tart foundation. From there we layered in massive amounts of strawberry puree along with some fresh orange to capture that Triple Sec-like quality. We then finished it with agave to tie in the tequila element and add some sweetness along with a touch of salt and a fresh basil infusion.
