Hazy IPA w/ Nectaron and Freestyle Rakau

Canvas is an experimental hoppy beer series that serves as a playground for our brew team to try some different things from a recipe standpoint that are a bit outside the norm for us.

For this version, we’ve left our base hazy IPA unchanged to trial Salvo hop derived extract. This product is intended to enhance hop aroma and flavor, without the bitterness or vegetative matter typical of traditional hops.

This one drinks fresh and juicy, brimming with ripe mango, apricot, lychee, lemon candy and gooseberry.
