Nearing 0° Plato, Brut is a bone-dry, super- aromatic, slightly hazy, and super fizzy IPA! This extreme dryness is achieved using the enzyme amyloglucosidase during the brewing process to break down complex sugars that would not otherwise ferment. The sparkling wine aspect of Brut is accentuated by the use of Hallertau Blanc as dry-hop, that delivers subtle grapes, berries and pear aromas and flavors.

Draft @ the brew pub. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty dry hoppy citrus grassy flavor. Has a fruity dry hoppy citrus grassy finish.
