This Belgian inspired White Beer was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Benoit Casper Brewing Co. We used our house Belgian yeast strain, dried orange peel, coriander, and a bunch of wheat malt to make this beer as true to style as possible. Coming in around 5% ABV, this beer is hazy, fruity, spicy, and incredibly refreshing.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy weak yeasty aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy yeasty weak citrus flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy yeasty citrus finish.
