ANY GALAXY is our latest hoppy adventure—an 8.5% hazy double IPA absolutely saturated with Galaxy hops in every form we could get our hands on: T90 pellets, Cryo, Incognito, and Spectrum. ✨
Galaxy, born in the hop fields of Australia, is known for its intense tropical punch—think ripe passionfruit, peach, citrus zest, and a touch of dank resin. But here’s where it gets wild:
🔹 Cryo delivers a concentrated lupulin punch—amplifying those bright fruity aromatics.
🔹 Incognito, a liquid hop extract, brings deeper flavor without vegetal bite—perfect for whirlpooling.
🔹 Spectrum, a liquid dry-hop innovation, infuses big aroma impact without haze burn or oxygen pickup.
🔹 And of course, traditional T90 pellets add familiar structure and balance.
Fermented with Conan yeast, known for its plush, stone-fruit character and pillowy mouthfeel, ANY GALAXY brings everything into orbit: soft, juicy texture, explosive aroma, and a clean finish that leaves you chasing the next sip.

16 ounce can from Libby’s Liquors. Number one with a bullet. Slightly hazed orange gold color. Pillowy white head is enduring. Aroma brings notes of fresh citrus, peach and passion fruit. Flavor is sweet and juicy. Notes of sweet tangerine, juicy peach and resiny pine. Soft biscuity malt and a bold Galaxy hop bill balance out nicely. A lovely brew. Augie, you’ve done it again!
