Fermented cool and finished crisp with a single pilsner malt and dry-hopped with juicy Wai-iti hops in the fermenter for a burst of citrus, lime, and stone fruit. Left unfiltered and mostly-unfussed-with, this beer is sharp like a classic West Coast IPA, but has a lighter body and lacks the fruity esters normally found in the style.
Ingredients: Pilsner Malt; Hallertau Magnum & Wai-Iti hops.

Draught at source: pours pale yellow with white head. Aroma is light citrus and bread. Taste is lightly bitter. Pretty clean and dry. Ok aftertaste.
