A big beautiful boozy take on our classic Buffalo Snot. Born from 18th-century English brews crafted for Russian nobility, the Imperial Stout is a bold, high-gravity style known for its depth and intensity. Ours takes that legacy further, aging gracefully in freshly emptied Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels. The result is a luxurious blend of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and espresso layered with rich notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and warm bourbon heat. Think Mocha or Caramel Macchiato + Bourbon. Full-bodied and warming, this barrel-aged stout invites slow sipping and sneaks up on the unsuspecting.

Draught at source: pours dark amber with beige head. Bourbon and some roast. Very light, easy to drink but lacking in body and roastiness. Weird.
