Piana słaba i bardzo szybko się redukuje. Kolor miedzianopomarańczowy, dość mętne. W aromacie na pierwszy plan wychodzi kolendra oraz zapach soli, w tle czuć cytrusy. W smaku jest przede wszystkim kwach, lecz nie jest to sam kwach. Po kilku łykach słone odczucie wzrasta i idealnie komponuje się z kwaśnością. Piwo jest bardzo orzeźwiające mimo wysokiego wysycenia. Udane piwo.

Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Marcin. Pours clear golden with totally diminishing off-white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, yeast, herbs, grapefruit, fruit and wet dog. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel malt follows tart, citric and mild salty, mouthfeel is a bit spicy, while there is no bitterness present at all. Ligh body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Great gose, still fresh, although 1 week after BBE date...

bottle from Browarium Sklepy Piwne. Hazy yellow, tall white head. Wheaty and yeasty start, fruity, slightly salty. Medium-bodied, not too sour, refreshing and light, very pleasant indeed!

50cl bottle. Pours clear golden with a small lasting white head. aroma of some fruits, toasted malt, herbs, slightly acidic. Taste is slightly acidic, some hops, fruits, caramel.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, salty and herbal spicy aroma, hints of apple, pear, coriander, a woody touch. Taste is tart, salty, slightly fruity, notes of lemon juice, coriander, a touch of apple.

Tap (VI FDP). Piwo metne o slomkowej barwie z biala, delikatna piana, cienki pierscien utrzymuje sie prawie do konca. Delikatny lacing. Aromat kwaskowy, zbozowy z minimalna wedzona nuta. Smak odzwierciedla aromat. Piwo bardzo lekkie, delikatne z przyjemnym kwasno-slodkawym posmakiem. Orzezwiajace, rzeskie, idealne na rozpoczecie trzeciego dnia festiwalu dobrego piwa.
