Bottle, 4.5%. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, lemon, fruit and spices. Flavour is malt, lemon, spices, medium sweet, little thin and a little citric.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are salt, malt, fruits, hops and citrus.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty and coriander. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish with a some salt. 181016

Bottle shared. Very hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma is floral with raisin, orange, citrus, bile and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet, light sour and heavy salty. Light to light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

0.5 l bottle. Pours rather clear blonde, small to no white head. Smell is spiced , very different than what i’m used to in a gose. taste is full, sharp, bit salty, but also ( again ) spices. some coreander , over a malty base. has a certain sweetness to it, and a very, very mild sour touch. Not bad ! very different than any other Gose I ever had.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Lior D. Hazy yellow. Aroma of coriander, wheat, citric note, a bit of saltwater, some lacto. Tart flavor, lactic, salty, with some coriander, yogurt, citric note. Light to medium-bodied. Very nice and refreshing.

At a tasting, thanks, almost no head, cloudy palish orange color, aroma of herbs, almond light bread and yeast, medium fruity sourness, lots of salt and some yoghurt, hint of malty swetness, quite mellow. Really nice and enjoyable.
