2025 NABA Bronze. This dark copper to brown lager beer originated in the heart of Germany around the 1830's. Our pilsner malt base has an abundant amount of Munich and specialty malts that are delicately balanced with traditional German Saaz hops. Notes of dark caramel, chocolate, and toffee are pleasantly scrubbed off the palate with more carbonation than our standard house beers. Less roasted than a Schwarzbier, less malty than bock, less hoppy than a czech dark lager. Prost!!

Draught at the source: pours dark brown with light beige head. Toffee and some chocolate. Lightly sweet but generally dryish. Fine.
